Warforged and hitpoints
Is this correct, or does this rule not apply to living constructs? |

does not apply to living constructs.
Also warforged in the ebberon book came out after everything by MM3. I am pretty sure you can just use the entry in the Ebberon book for everything you need to know about warforged. As it was written after MM1 3.5, if it meant to include that for the race it would have said so. |

Yes, but it also says so in MM1 that they gain extra hit-points...
And doesn't the subtype mean you have everything from your main type (construct) unless the sub type (living construct) says otherwise? It doesn't mention anything about bonus hitpoints... Although I kinda figured it wouldn't count. |

I don't usually have my books in front of me when i post (often as work).
We are talking about the same thing right? the standard race in the ebberon book? I think so, for some reason i think i might have seen warforged somewhere else. |

Check page 215 of the MM3 for the living construct information. It says that living constructs have a constitution score and do not gain bonus hit points based on size like normal constructs.
