Hey folks! This is for offhand bs comments, and quick rules/description clarification... basically all the out of character table discussions during table top play. No, I do not have any mountain dew.

Anyone from anywhere is welcome to comment here. If there are any CO board members lurking around, feel free to dip in here.

Everyone playing should have a profile (duh) and should post their character and any cohorts on character sheets... then link them to your drop down display. Read the tutorials for new members if you don't know how. It's real easy.

I want the statistics of each character to be readily available for everyone to see.

Wait a sec, are the people in charge of the research team aware that I am a ghost? or as far as they know I'm just someone commissioned by Celestine? (in which case I'll just possess an out-of-towner and disguise myself appropriately)

surreal, keep in mind:
1. if sul possesses someone, its either friendly or hostile.
-- a freindly possession is gonna require backstory on how you acquired a willing subject
-- a victim is gonna require a bit of arguing for control, you won't have access to su or sp abilities until a week passes by, and as soon as you are done, another report of malicious possessions will fire up, getting spirit detectives on the hunt again-- unless you take time to wipe the memory. Then it's just the poor victim unsure of what happened and everyone else knowing full well what happenede.

I will give you endless trouble regarding this. Zarzak has written sul into a body of some sort. it could be an animal, the giant hawk itself, or whatever you want... but you aparently arive in town riding a body of some sort.

Folks, sul is going to be the biggest pain in the ass to consider when posting. be very particular with what assumptions you make about him. He can hear your thoughts, may disappear altogether, may be hidden away or manifesting.

oh hey... keep in mind sul can't read thoughts (or use any other su/sp abilities for that matter) unless he's channelling, manifesting, or controlling a victim for the prerequisite 7 days.
so be cautious of yer assumptions.

Actually, I meant just possessing someone in secret as a rider and just coasting along undetected until the meeting, but we'll see. I do have pretty good hide and disguise modifiers as need be.

strange note to self: possess a suit of armor (which I can animate), apply concealing clothing, voila instant disguise (Fil, note the fashion trends of the world that I desribed here)

I could have sworn I maintained my own abilities (the mental ones anyways) while in a host, regardless if it's passive or hostile. If I take the "controller" aspect, then I gain the host's abilities, skills, feats, and spells. If I'm controlling them for a week, then I get the Sp/Su.

At least this is how I understood it. Fil, please correct me if I'm wrong.

Anyhow, now to actually eat lunch on my lunch break...
